Alexander Isak has joined Liverpool.

Newcastle sold the 25-year-old Swedish striker to the Merseyside club. Isak signed a long-term contract and will wear the No.9 shirt.

Liverpool will pay a fixed £125m, with add-ons taking the total package to £130m – a record transfer fee in English football, surpassing the £116m spent on Florian Wirtz.

Last season, Isak scored 23 goals and provided 6 assists in 34 Premier League games.
