Arsenal are edging closer to completing a £60m move for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze.

The 27-year-old midfielder’s transfer could be announced as soon as this weekend, taking Arsenal’s summer spending to over £250m.

Palace boss Oliver Glasner confirmed Eze was absent from their Conference League play-off, having called his manager to say he could not play.
