AFFA Disciplinary Committee meeting was held.

A decision was made at the meeting regarding the events that occurred in the final match of the Azerbaijan Cup between “Qarabag” and “Sabah”.

According to the decision, the club was fined 700 manats for 4 people in “Qarabag”.

In the 120th minute of the game, “Qarabag” coach Mushfig Huseynov was given a direct red card for entering the field and protesting the referee’s decision, and was given a 2-match suspension, and the club was fined 1,500 manats.

The decision noted that in the 120th minute of the game, “Qarabag” player Yassin Benzia was given a direct red card for insulting the referee and then tried to exert physical pressure on them, and “Qarabag” was fined 3,000 manats.

“Qarabag” club was fined 1,500 manats for using pyrotechnics on “Qarabag” fans during the game.

Thus, AFFA imposed a financial sanction of 6,700 manats on the Aghdam representative.

"Sabah" also failed to escape financial punishment.

The club was fined 700 manats because 5 Sabah players received yellow cards in that match. "Sabah" club was fined 1,500 manats because of the use of pyrotechnics by "Sabah" fans.
