South Korean forward signs long-term deal

Besiktas have strengthened their attacking line with the signing of Oh Hyeon-gyu from Belgian side Genk.

According to the club’s official statement, the Istanbul giants will pay €14 million for the 24-year-old South Korean forward, who has signed a contract running until the summer of 2029.

Genk had signed Oh from Celtic in the summer of 2024 for €2.7 million. This season, the South Korea international has recorded 10 goals and 3 assists in 32 official matches.
