Former Netherlands international Luke de Jong has announced his new club.

The 34-year-old striker has joined Porto, the Portuguese club announced. De Jong joined Porto as a free agent after leaving PSV.

Last season, he scored 14 goals and provided 8 assists in 31 Eredivisie appearances.
