Injury concerns for Liverpool

Liverpool will face Galatasaray away from home in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League playoff round.

According to the club’s official statement, the English champions will travel to the match with several important absences.

Five players ruled out

Goalkeeper Alisson Becker, defender Conor Bradley, midfielders Wataru Endo and Federico Chiesa, as well as striker Alexander Isak will miss the match due to injuries.

The injured players were not included in the squad travelling to Istanbul.

The Galatasaray vs Liverpool match will take place tomorrow and will kick off at 21:45 Baku time.
