"Qarabag" has made its next transfer official.

The Aghdam representative has added Joni Montiel, who played for the Spanish club "Rayo Vallecano" last season, to its squad. A 2+2-year contract has been signed with the player. The attacking midfielder will play with the number 9 jersey for "Qarabag".

The 26-year-old left winger is a graduate of "Rayo Vallecano". He moved to the main team in 2015. During his 10 years at the club, Joni was on loan at the clubs "Toledo", "Deportivo" (La Coruña), "Oviedo", "Valladolid", "Levante" and "Burgos". He wore the jersey of the Spanish U-17, U-18 and U-19 national teams.
