Galatasaray are targeting former Spain international Óscar Mingueza as a primary option to strengthen the right side of defence.

Mingueza’s current deal with Celta Vigo runs until the end of the season. Although the Spanish club have offered a new contract, no agreement has been reached.

The defender, a product of FC Barcelona academy, has been playing for Celta since 2022.
