Manchester City have shown interest in signing Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.

According to TalkSPORT, the 23-year-old player is also interested in joining Manchester City.

The club reportedly sees Anderson as a long-term replacement for Rodri in midfield. However, the move could depend on whether the Spanish star remains at the club in the coming seasons.

This season, Anderson has made 37 appearances in the Premier League and Europa League, scoring two goals and providing three assists.

His current contract with Nottingham Forest runs until the summer of 2029.
