Agreement reached with the Turkish coach

Turkish specialist Volkan Demirel has found a new job in the Super Lig.

Club president Arda Cakmak told Ajansspor that the parties have reached an agreement and Demirel has already travelled to Ankara to sign the contract.

Demirel returns to the club

Demirel was previously appointed as Genclerbirligi head coach in October last year but resigned after about two months in charge.

He will now replace Levent Sahin, whose resignation was announced today. Interestingly, Sahin left the position just 18 days after being appointed.
